Maribel, who grew up together with her brothers in Virginia but details of their childhood are not available, was raised by her parents and grandparents. She was extremely determined at an early age to become a lawyer. When she graduated from highschool she was accepted to the University of Virginia to pursue the major of German with a minor on foreign Policy. Thomas Jefferson one of Declaration of Independence's authors founded the institution in 1819. Within Jefferson's Academical Village, a UNESCO World Heritage Site The university has expanded to offer more than 100 different courses. The school is situated on approximately 1,600 acres at its central university, and thousands more for its research park and its farm. Maribel continued to New York Law School for Juris Doctor study after having graduated. Maribel Aber NYLS, a private law school that boasts a variety of renowned professors who also have experiences in the field of business as well as the legal field.
