Felicity is a British actress known for her performance as Jane Hawking, the protagonist in The Theory of Everything. Jones is acting since when she was 12 years old and has worked in multiple productions and TV shows. Her acting career started with the Television production The Treasure Seekers. Then she played the character of Ethel Hallow another television show known as The Worst Witch and its sequel Weirdsister College. Her first feature film Flashbacks of a Fool (which she starred in), Young Ruth, she continued to act in various other movies. In films like The Invisible Woman and The Amazing Spider-Man 2 she achieved notoriety for her character. The actress was nominated for an Oscar for the first time due to her role as the wife of Stephen Hawking as a character in The Theory of Everything. Jones as Stephen Hawking's second wife the biopic, earned lots of praise from the critics and viewers due to the manner in which she portrayed her. Inferno was the next film in which she appeared, which starred Tom Hanks. In the year 2016 The British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles announced Jones to be the British Artist of The Year because of her talents and contribution to the cinema.
