Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy, born June 13, 1962 in the US, is an actor. After her first film Bad Boys starring as a Brat Pack part of WarGames '83 as well as The Breakfast Club '85 she was a well-known member of the group. The performance of Sheedy in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (2000) won her the Independent Spirit Award, Best Female Actor. Ally Sheedy is an American actress and an author. She began her film career through the crime movie Bad Boys in the early 1980s for which she was praised. Rick Rosenthal's film also starred Sean Penn, Esai Morales Clancy Brown & Alan Ruck. After her debut film, she appeared in 1985's comedy drama film The Breakfast Club. John Hughes' film is widely regarded as one of the top high school film ever made. Although it was a budget of only 1 million dollars, the film's revenues exceeded $50 million. Additionally, she began participating in various television shows including CBS Schoolbreak which was her television debut. In April 1980, the show was first aired. It was aimed at teens. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid, Hill Street Blues and Chicago Story are some of the other shows on which she's appeared. Her most recent performances is Little Sister. Another one, X-Men Apocalypse a story featuring a female superhero in which Sheedy appears in a cameo. Her incredible performances have earned her numerous awards, such as her MTV Movie Award of Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
