Dwayne has been the lead pastor of Wellspring Church since 2007. He planted it in Charlotte, NC. He is a board member for the Acts 29 Network and he serves as Director of Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne is, besides being pastor, is passionate about training up the next generation. He is a part on the Board for the Biblical Counseling Alliance. He is an author of several online pieces and is also a contributing writer in the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Change lives through God's changeless truth (eds. Kelleman and Viars).
